According to the saying “you are what you eat”, we are especially careful about the produce we use. We prefer to buy our crunchy vegetables and fresh fruit from local farmers: planted with love, looked after with care, harvested with joy - full of flavour and vitamins. Our herbs come from the garden and from the surrounding meadows. We use only top quality meat and where possible, all other high quality products are regional and seasonal.
If required we adapt to special wishes and needs for gluten and lactose free diets, vegan dishes and wholegrain products.

Alexander is currently gaining valuable experience with the best chefs in South Tyrol and is strengthening Schönblick's kitchen team. Together father and son create culinary delicacies between alpine tradition and Mediterranean lightness.

When the weather is fine, you can dine on our panorama terrace in the morning and in the evening. Our dining room and our traditional "stube" also offer a magnificent view of the mountains.
