- Your booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us.
- The rooms are available from approx. 2:00 pm. We would ask you to leave your room by 11:00 am on your day of departure.
- We are not able to guarantee you floor, location and room number within your specified room category.
- Payment in cash, by debit or credit card (except Diners and AMEX).
- Cancellation policy: Please inform us as soon as you can if you have to cancel your holiday
The following cancellation conditions apply for the year 2022:
We want to give you a little security and have adapted our cancellation conditions. In case of cancellation in connection with a Covid19 - travel ban you can cancel or rebook reservations for the year 2022 free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
*The period will of course be extended if necessary.
Otherwise the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Until 20 days before arrival: 0%.
- 19 to 6 days before arrival: 50% of the booked arrangement
- From 5 days before arrival and in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked arrangement
Tip: We recommend you take out trip cancellation insurance. It protects you if something goes wrong!
